Business Analyst

One of our clients, TEMAN CEO, a software development and business solution provider, is currently seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirement gathering with clients or stakeholders to understand business needs comprehensively
- Identify business pain points and objectives based on the requirements provided
- Prepare documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications that can be clearly understood by the development team
- Develop system flows, use cases, and other supporting documentation
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
- Support project implementation monitoring and assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process with clients
- Ensure the system implementation aligns with the agreed requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients
- Good understanding of system workflows, application logic, and basic database concepts
- Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Basic knowledge of programming languages is a plus
- Willing to attend client meetings or work on-site when required
